Meet Fatima Sky Young
Fatima Sky Young, born and raised in Northeast Philadelphia, always dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur and creating a business where she could bring her passion, creativity, and love for connecting with people to life. At just 24, she launched her first cleaning company, and now, nearly a decade later, she’s rebranding it as Sky’s the Limit Cleaning & Contracting Services (STL). With STL, Fatima is expanding her vision into a “one-stop shop” for both residential and commercial cleaning, remodeling, and contracting needs. She’s proud to serve her community while raising her two daughters, Laila and Dahlia, in Northeast Philly.

Fatima Sky Young founded Sky’s the Limit Cleaning & Contracting (STL) in 2017 with the dream of building an organization that could tend to the needs of the average homeowner and small business entrepreneur. Her goal was simple, become the “one stop shop” for all cleaning, remodeling or renovation needs related to maintaining your home or small business. Today, STL serves the needs of dozens of homeowners and businesses in the region.
In building STL into the successful business it is today, Ms. Young knew what was deficient as it related to most commercial and residential cleaning operations. Most companies in this space lack any sort of “protocols” or “quality controls“ designed to ensure your home or business is cleaned professionally at each and every engagement.
At STL, each employee is highly trained and committed to delivering a quality product to our customers at each engagement. We do this by executing on Ms. Young’s proprietary protocols and through quality control inspections, which are conducted routinely at our customer’s sites. The goal, of course, is to exceeded client expectations with every interaction.
