Residential Home & Commercial Office Cleaning:
STL takes great pride and delivering high-quality home and commercial office cleaning services to our customers.
Each customer receives an STL “Customized Cleaning Plan” for their home or business which is developed in collaboration with the homeowner/business owner. These Customized Cleaning Plans serve as the guide and benchmark for our skilled cleaning teams.
Many homes and businesses have unique characteristics that make them different from the home or business that might be right next-door. At STL, we recognize this and strive to address the cleaning requirements of your home or business to give our services a unique personal touch.
Many standard services are included in the routine cleaning plan (dusting, vacuuming, etc.). For an additional fee, we can engage in specialized activities like periodic oven, cleaning, garage organization and cleaning, shed, closet, or basement organization, or even an attic cleaning. As a side-note, we also work closely with a company that specializes in fireplace and chimney cleaning services, should that need arise periodically.
Remodeling & Design Services:
STL has many deep relationships within the contracting community. Our relationships with a variety of skilled, vetted contractors in the region creates an element of convenience for our commercial and residential clients. Should the need arise for variety of contracting services, we will execute on the following protocols for our clients.
1) Solicit Quotations: We will reach out to those vendors on our Preferred Contractor List to solicit multiple quotations for the customer’s consideration.
2) Prepare a Proposal: STL will assemble the quotations in a neat proposal for the customers consideration. The proposal will point out any advantages or disadvantages of the various quotes under consideration.
3) Monitor the Job: Once a decision is made by the customer, STL keeps track of the job’s progress, ensuring timeliness of the contractor and that the contractor is delivering the services as quoted.
4) Acceptance/ Walk-through Inspection (as required): STL will be present for any final walk-through or “acceptance“ inspection prior to the contractor receiving final payment for the work.
We believe this approach brings value to our residential and commercial clients for a number of key reasons.
a) STL has already developed a “Preferred Contractor List” of contractors we have relationships with. We obviously trust them and have the ability to hold them accountable if they don’t deliver to expectations.
b) Vendors are only permitted to remain on our Preferred Contractor List if they are consistently delivering a high-quality product for our clients.
